New Castle County, DE

New Castle County  has experienced a 19% year-over-year increase in the number of sold homes and an 7% decrease in the median price of sold homes, from $198,300 to $185,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first ten months of 2012 increased 19% from this time last year.

Kent County, DE

For the first ten months of 2012, Kent County experienced a 17% year-over-year increase in the number of sold homes and an increase in the median sales price of 1.2%; from $170,000 to $172,000. The number of homes that went under contract during the first ten months of 2012 increased 20% from this time last year.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County has experienced a 24% year-over-year increase in the number of sold homes and an increase in the median sales price of 1.4%; from $315,000 to $319,500. The number of homes that went under contract during the first ten months of 2012 increased 31% from this time last year.

Cecil County, MD

For the first ten months of 2012, Cecil County experienced a 1.4% year-over-year increase in the number of sold homes and a decrease in the median sales price of 1.3%; from $200,000 to $197,500. The number of homes that went under contract during the first ten months of 2012 increased 8% from this time last year.
